OOSC Mission
The OOSC is a non-profit organization dedicated to informing, educating, supporting, and being an advocate for Oceana and Dam Neck families. Our philanthropic efforts benefit selected charities, scholarship funds, and volunteer organizations within the local community. Membership is open to all Officers' spouses, active duty or retired, who reside in Hampton Roads.
